Overview
Catalyst is an award-winning, Google-certified, full-service marketing agency in Austin specializing in real estate marketing. They host an annual internal employee award ceremony — the Cammys — and needed professional event photography coverage.
The Challenge
Catalyst needed high-quality photography coverage of their annual Cammy Awards ceremony — capturing speeches, award moments, candid interactions, and the overall atmosphere of the event in a way that felt authentic and polished.
Approach
I was brought in for the day and worked closely with the content team and project managers to build a comprehensive shot list in advance. I then spent the full day capturing the event — ceremony moments, candid shots, team interactions, and award presentations. Edited images were delivered within the week.
Outcomes
Catalyst received a complete, polished photo library from the event — covering all key moments. Images were used across internal communications, social media, and company culture content.
