Khoros is the only award-winning, omnichannel customer engagement platform built for the digital world — serving over 2,000 global brands including one-third of the Fortune 100. Following a major rebrand, the existing website no longer reflected the company's new identity or ambition.
The Challenge
Khoros needed a complete website redesign following their recent rebrand. The site needed to communicate a new design language, support a growing product suite, and perform significantly better than the legacy experience — all while managing a complex stakeholder environment.
Approach
I was brought in to lead the design effort and build out the design system guidelines that would accompany the project. Over 24 months, I worked closely with C-level executives, PMs, and content leads to create a new digital experience — from information architecture through visual design and component libraries.
Outcomes
The new Khoros.com outperformed the old site with a marked increase in engagement month over month. The design system created during the project became the foundation for ongoing product and marketing design work across the organization.
