The Bouncy World 2 Monthly $100 Amazon Gift Card Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by 4951 Studios, Georgetown, Texas ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is solely responsible for operating the Sweepstakes, selecting winners, and fulfilling prizes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, immediate family members, household members, and persons disqualified from a prior drawing are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation means full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DRAWINGS

The Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and continues on a rolling monthly basis until terminated under Section 12.

Each calendar month is a separate Drawing Period. Each Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the month.

Sponsor servers are the official timekeeping device. The current Drawing Period, next drawing date, and schedule changes will be posted at:

Information may also be posted within the Bouncy World 2 app.

4. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary. Standard data or messaging rates may apply.

During the applicable Drawing Period, entrants must:

1. Create and complete a Bouncy World 2 player profile with all required fields, including a valid and working email address.
2. Post at least one score and appear on the global leaderboard when Sponsor takes the period-end snapshot.

Each eligible player receives one Base Entry.

A player ranked in positions 1 through 10 on the leaderboard at the time of the snapshot receives five additional Top-10 Bonus entries.

Ties are resolved according to the leaderboard order displayed in the App.

Entries do not carry over from one Drawing Period to another.

Each person may have only one player profile and may receive no more than one Base Entry plus one Top-10 Bonus per Drawing Period.

Multiple, shared, false, automated, scripted, or otherwise manipulated entries are void.

5. DRAWING AND ODDS

On or about the third day of the following month, Sponsor will take a snapshot of the leaderboard and randomly select one potential winner from the eligible entries for that Drawing Period.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

A player may win more than once during the Sweepstakes, but no more than one prize per Drawing Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

6. PRIZE

One $100 Amazon.com Gift Card, with an approximate retail value of $100, is available per Drawing Period.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address listed on the completed player profile.

Sponsor will award no more than twelve prizes, with a total approximate retail value not exceeding $1,200, in any rolling twelve-month period.

Prizes are non-transferable. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will email each potential winner within approximately five business days after the Drawing Date.

The entrant is responsible for keeping the profile email address current and checking spam or junk folders.

Sponsor may also notify the potential winner through an in-app message or display the winner's display name in the App or on the Landing Page.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION AND FORFEITURE

To claim a prize, a potential winner must:

1. Respond to the notification email within seven days.
2. Confirm their legal name, state of residence, date of birth, age, and U.S. residency.
3. Verify account ownership.
4. If requested, return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release.

Sponsor may request government-issued photo identification to verify age and residency.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, fails to provide required documents, is ineligible, declines the prize, or violates these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited.

Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may make up to two alternate-winner attempts for a Drawing Period.

Prizes will be delivered by email within approximately fourteen days after verification is complete.

9. FRAUD, CHEATING, AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor may disqualify entries, remove leaderboard scores, suspend or terminate profiles, and prohibit future participation if Sponsor determines or reasonably suspects that an individual has:

• Tampered with the entry process, leaderboard, App, or Sweepstakes.
• Used cheats, exploits, hacks, modified or jailbroken clients, emulators, bots, scripts, macros, memory editors, network manipulation, or unauthorized software.
• Posted an impossible, implausible, or illegitimate score.
• Created or used multiple profiles.
• Shared, bought, sold, or transferred a profile.
• Provided false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Violated these Official Rules, the App's terms of service, Apple App Store terms, or Google Play terms.
• Acted in an abusive, disruptive, threatening, or harassing manner.
• Used an offensive display name.
• Attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may use automated and manual anti-cheat measures. Sponsor's determination regarding the legitimacy of any score or entry is final.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected for the Sweepstakes, including profile, email, gameplay, score, device, and verification information, is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy:

Sponsor uses this information to operate the App and Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Information may be shared with service providers and with Amazon or authorized resellers as needed to deliver a gift card.

Deleting a profile before the Drawing Date forfeits associated entries.

11. PUBLICITY AND WINNER'S LIST

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize permits Sponsor to use the winner's display name, first name, last initial, state of residence, and winning score for promotional purposes without additional payment.

Sponsor will not publish a winner's full legal name, email address, or street address without separate written consent.

Winner-list requests must be received within 60 days after the applicable Drawing Date and may be mailed to:

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes for fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or other causes affecting fairness or operation.

Material changes or termination will be posted on the Landing Page or in the App, except where a shorter notice is needed to address fraud or a technical failure.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Official Rules control over conflicting promotional materials.

13. PLATFORM DISCLOSURES

APPLE

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.

Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, this Sweepstakes.

Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not Apple. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not Apple.

Apple trademarks remain the property of Apple Inc.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is not a condition of downloading or using the App.

AMAZON

Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates are not sponsors, co-sponsors, or administrators of this Sweepstakes and have no involvement in it.

Amazon gift cards are provided solely by Sponsor and are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

Amazon is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized-use gift cards.

GOOGLE AND ALPHABET

Google LLC and Alphabet Inc. are not sponsors, endorsers, administrators, or associated with this Sweepstakes.

Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not Google.

Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not Google.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Apple, Amazon, Google, Alphabet, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from participation or any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Lost or undeliverable entries.
• Technical failures.
• Leaderboard delays.
• Unauthorized intervention.
• Administrative errors.
• App or server interruptions.
• Injury or damage related to participation or App use.

Where an entry is erroneously lost or corrupted, the sole remedy is another entry if practicable.

15. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively by state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.

Punitive, incidental, consequential, multiplied, and attorneys' fee damages are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Texas law governs these Official Rules.
