Overview

Project Summary

Eduphoria creates enterprise-level software for educators — teachers, curriculum coaches, and administrators. Their Aware platform presents large sets of data as filterable tables, but with no way to save those filters, power users were repeating the same multi-step process dozens of times a day.

The Challenge

The Business Need

The current interface presented large bits of information in a filterable table with no way to store those filtered searches for later. For users who accessed this information regularly, it became a significant time drain — multiple clicks, repeated inputs, zero memory between sessions.

Approach

The Solution

We added a feature to the existing interface that allowed users to save a named set of filters for reuse. The design went through user interviews, wireframes, and testing before developer handoff. Saving and recalling filters reduced task complexity by over 50% for repeat workflows.

Outcomes

The Results

50% Fewer Clicks Per Search
50%+ Time Saved Per Task
Software Adoption Rate

The new Saving Filters feature reduced the number of clicks per search by over 50%, cutting the time users spent on routine data lookups in half. After launch, software adoption increased and the feature laid the groundwork for Eduphoria Homeroom — a forthcoming suite of student-specific tools.
